Polygroup® is the world's largest designer and manufacturer of artificial Christmas trees and a leading producer of above-ground swimming pools, summer inflatable toys, seasonal lighting and air mattresses. Since our inception over 25 years ago, Polygroup® has continued to expand and offer a wide range of products to meet emerging customer needs. Quality Management
Our quality management systems play an important role by assuring that our company can produce and deliver the quality products and services expected by our customers. This is achieved through a systematic approach of high standards and a focus on improvement. Polygroup® has established measurement systems to assess its progress in continuous quality improvement. Some of the tools used to monitor our manufacturing operations include professional quality control teams, routine organizational audits and self-assessments, customer complaint and resolution systems and stringent product testing. For example, all Quick Set® ring pools are test inflated for 24 hours prior to packing. Currently, all of Polygroup® manufacturing facilities in China are ISO 9001:2000 certified. Our steadfast commitment to continuous improvement has produced excellent results in safety, reliability and quality.
Operational Excellence
Our approach is to drive continuous improvements in manufacturing, safety and every aspect of our operations to enhance overall performance. Polygroup® has assembled a balanced product portfolio comprising 5 major categories that are integrated to best utilize our raw materials, workforce and operations. Our large-scale operations and the operational flexibility to reduce manufacturing and material costs provide significant competitive advantages. In addition, we are the most vertically integrated supplier in the industry producing nearly every component that goes into our products. This enables us to better control cost, quality and product delivery. Vertical integration also means that we can offer enhanced design flexibility and support to our customers. Our focus is to create a lean operation characterized by the efficient use of assets, high inventory turns, excellent supplier management, short cycle times, continuous flow, reduction in costs and waste elimination of. Through teamwork and awareness, each Polygroup® employee is dedicated to performance excellence in achieving established objectives.

Polygroup® Australia signals Polygroup®'s intentions to supply its full range of products throughout the Australian market and its long‐term commitment to provide our existing and new Australian customers with personalized service and attention.
NOVEMBER 15, 2008
Polygroup® begins second season of production at its paper carton manufacturing factory "Polypaper" to assemble packaging for Christmas and Pool products. Full scale printing and production lines will allow Polygroup® to consistently deliver products under a cost effective and vertically integrated manufacturing system.
